With instant dermatologist consultations, Rx-grade treatments, and tailored skincare routines, it has quickly become a trusted brand in NCR and beyond. Clinikally has raised $2.6M in seed funding to date.



The Challenge

Prescription-grade care needs prescription-grade fulfilment. Clinikally, a digital-first skincare and hair care platform was growing fast across Delhi-NCR, Haryana, and Punjab. But the delivery experience wasn’t keeping up with the brand promise.


With over 20% of orders involving prescription-grade medications, every step from prescription verification to final delivery needed speed, precision, and reliability.


Their courier-based logistics setup struggled to deliver:

  1. Long delivery timelines
  2. Fake delivery attempts
  3. High RTOs (27%)
  4. Support overload from WISMO (Where Is My Order) requests

  2. Same-day delivery for orders placed before 3 PM in NCR and other metros
  3. Next-day delivery for post-3 PM orders
  4. Real-time customer updates via our verified WhatsApp tool
  5. COD verification system to reduce fake delivery attempts and optimise dispatch
  6. A dedicated Customer Success Manager to guide the growth strategy


Together, we built a fulfilment framework where urgency met accuracy, especially critical for Rx-grade medication shipments.
